Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Level 1 IT Techician for an IT company based in Plano, Texas. This role will primarily focus on providing assistance to clients with computer or other technology related issues whether it's software, hardware, networking, applications, etc. In this role you will be exposed to technician work which will allow you to eventually move into a more technical role as the owner is wanting to bring someone under his wing to further develop their IT skills. This role may also involve training users on technology systems and assisting with IT projects as needed.

* Strong customer service skills

* Ability to train users on technology systems

* Excellent problem-solving abilities

* Techno-marketing experience/inclination.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field is preferred
