Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a premier client in the Memorial City area of Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for answering tickets in a que that will be mostly be software or Skype for business and Windows 10 related. He or she should expect to answer 5 to 10 tickets a day. This person will also handle issues regarding Exchange, Citrix, SCCM and Windows 10.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support role



Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 O/S



Experience troubleshooting Citrix



Experience providing end user support for Skype for business and Exchange



Experience troubleshooting SCCM



Great communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

IT Certification (Network+, A+)



Experience doing support in an environment using Appsense/Avanti
