A client of Insight Global is looking for an RPA Business Analyst for a contract to hire engagement. They will be brought on to complete complex projects on data quality and integrity across the Corporate Data Lake. You will be responsible for developing business processes using robotic process automation software and any other tools that may make sense. Overall, they will be a liaison between the internal team, architects, and developers to complete these automation projects for the business owners. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, understanding business' needs from stakeholders, creating flow charts, and assisting the Project Managers with moving projects along. You will also assist in troubleshooting business needs related to data quality, integrity, and RPA (UiPath). Ideally this candidate will have 2+ years' experience as a technical business analyst with a focus in RPA projects, understand the financial/insurance industry, excellent communication, team player, and results driven.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in complex projects involving department or cross-functional teams.
· Manage RPA Bot processing schedules and ensure timely creation and deployment of Bot Developed processes in the accounting and finance groups.
· Assist in training and developing members of the RPA Citizen Developer working group on best practices in developing processes utilizing UiPath automation software.
· Assist in creating training and change management documents outlining standard operating procedures for implementing robotic process automations, MicroStrategy, and Power BI initiatives.
· Liaise with the IT Business Intelligence team to build business cases and deliver strategic data solutions.
· Create complex reports to support business users and management requests.
· Assist in system acceptance testing and troubleshooting.

* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst focusing on automation solutions.
o Understanding and experience of customer service IT approach
o Experience within financial services capability.
o Knowledge and understanding of IT trends within industry (social, mobile)
* Excellent communication, documentation, and examples of how they had ownership within the process
* Able to articulate positive outcomes of projects with specific ROI, KPIs, functionality and examples of qualitative or quantitative results
* Knowledge of projects around DevOps and software development
