Insight Global's Fortune 500 financial client is seeking a Sr Scrum Master to backfill as one of the Scrum Masters will be on medical leave. This contract will start at 6 months with a potential to extend to a year. The team is responsible for the data integration between Salesforce and on-prem data within Java and Springboot. You will be leading 2-3 teams of roughly 10 person per team in a Scaled Agile Framework. This role will be onsite, 5-days a week in Austin, TX with an opportunity for remote Fridays after the first couple months. Ideally we are seeking a Sr Scrum Master with experience in the banking/financial industry.

PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Banking or financial industry experience
Salesforce integration experience
