Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Technical Writer for one of our private Oil & Gas clients located in Downtown Dallas. You will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for their IT infrastructure upgrades. We are looking for a senior Technical Writer with strong communication skills, strong documentation skills, and business acumen to join our team! This role requires 3 days onsite at our client's Downtown Dallas location.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10+ years experience as a tech writer

Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT infrastructure

* Examples may include: Server builds, working with a Managed Service Provider, Service now ticketing, etc.

Strong documentation skills (utilizing Microsoft Suite)

Strong communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders
