Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a M365 Product Owner to join one of Houston's largest midstream oil/gas companies. As an M365 Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Microsoft 365 product and service delivery to the organization. You will work with various business and vendor teams to deliver innovative solutions by creating product roadmaps and leveraging M365 to improve current strategies. The ideal candidate will go into office 3 days per week in Houston, Tuesday-Thursday (remote Monday and Friday).

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 years of progressive experience in project delivery, with at least 4 as a Product Owner from enterprise companies

- Strong understanding of M365 including office, Windows, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Azure

- Strong experience creating product/portfolio roadmaps with a deep understanding of prioritization, dependency, stakeholder engagement, and budget

- Experienced prioritizing multiple products and workstreams to keep stakeholders on track

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence director-level stakeholders

- Passion for staying up to date on latest Microsoft technology
