This individual will be responsible for post award operational support for BOS Contracts for conceptual development and overseeing the organization, scheduling and implementation of the project. Individual will be responsible for multiple projects at once. This person will be responsible for all delivery post award including assigning, negotiating with and managing subcontractors.

* Must be able to handle a $100M book of business. May have about 50 accounts within their region.
* Knowledge and ability to grow the business
* Operationally focused
* Strong understanding of how data flow works
* Very high level financial acumen
o Can look at income statement
o Need to understand how to run a P&L.
* Government contract experience
* Can present info directly to the CEO
* Needs to be willing to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds to teach the next generation. Has a very capable team of people, but needs to be willing to be hands on with mentorship to help them get to the next level.
* Ability to get to the root of the problem and concisely present problems/solutions to upper management
