Insight Global is looking to hire a Contract Administrator for one of our premier clients in Houston, TX. This person will primarily be responsible for supporting multiple buyers. When the buyer executes the contract, they will update the blanket work order (BWO) database, price books, and open invoice. There are also various projects for data clean up with the SAP database which means they will have to run spend reports, email the buyer and follow up on creating price books. This job requires professional persistence, and someone who is not afraid to follow up. This person will be interfacing with Legal (terms and conditions), Accounts Payable (pricing) and HES (vendor registration). The hours are flexible, with 9 hour days starting before 8:30AM and every other Friday off. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and use their own resources to find answers and think outside of the box.

6+ months contract/procurement/supply chain experience
Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Price book Experience
Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups)
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience
Excellent Communication skills
