Business Systems Analyst

This will role will be onsite 5 days a week in downtown Fort Worth. This large Municipality is looking for a strong and technical Business Systems Analyst to help with a few urgent projects. This candidate will be working with business partners/stakeholders to elicit and document high level requirements via JAD sessions. Analyzing high-level business requirements and decomposing them into functional and non-functional requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, and Story Cards with testable acceptance criteria. Creating and managing requirement/work traceability, RTM. Attend and complete the certification of assigned eLearning and training courses for their assigned Epic module.

5+ Years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst

Experienced in ALM -- Update requirements, Test Case, Test Scripts

Experience building visual flow charts using VISIO from requirements gathered

Proficient in IBM Rational Requirements Composer, Jira, Licensed MSDN, Trello, Basecamp, HP Quality Center and Gherkin

Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean, Reengineering, and BPM principals

Using SQL to communicate with Database, API Mapping

Fluent in Russian or Uzbek orTajik
