Job Summary: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Human Resources Department to ensure high level of customer and business support.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* New Hire onboarding and welcome processes (administrative system entries, schedule coordination, legal and compliance paperwork completion and filing (I9), scheduling new hire orientation meeting).
* Kronos Local Administration: responsible for weekly timecard sign-off for all non-exempt in US/CAN-responsible for updating managers and schedules as needed: including periodic requirement to work on holidays which fall on a Monday
* Contingent Staffing system processing (Beeline system entries on a daily basis, ensure contractor onboarding is done timely and with high quality in regards to established process. Updates to existing assignments as needed.
* Employee file maintenance (performance management system deletions, proper storage and audit)
* General office management, including invoice payment and processing, FedEx invoice processing
