Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician. On a daily basis this person will be setting up and creating accounts with Active Directory, configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (Apple) as well as WebEx sessions. They will provide tier 1 support among a team of 6 people and will support 4000 internal users across the nation. This will include both desk-side and phone support so this person must have experience with remote work. He/She will be working with a ticketing system to resolve issues and escalate any tickets they are unable to settle. They will also have to provide administrative work as necessary, so they must have experience with Microsoft Office. Lastly, he/she will be interacting directly with the VP and C-level executives so excellent communication is required. This person must be comfortable reporting onsite 2 days a week.

4+ years of experience in a Help Desk role with heavy phone and customer service experience
Experience with Active Directory including but not limited to adding and removing users
Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Experience imaging PCs
Microsoft Office experience
Experience working with procurement
Bilingual with English/Spanish
Previous experience working with WebEx and mobile devices (setting up, troubleshooting, and supporting)
