* Bachelor's degree within construction, engineer, construction management or any related field.
* Experience working for a construction consultancy and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
* A minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience within the digital/data center environment Professional qualifications in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
* Has obtained chartered status or is on the path to achieving this.
* A comprehensive understanding of the total project life cycle, from the project conception stage, through all operational stages, to completion and post-project review.
Excellent knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting in defining the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
* Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is informed of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
* Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
* Providing advice on resource procurement Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
* Managing the change control process
* Monitoring and advising on project finances
* Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
* Playing a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages Marketing and business development, to include:
Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager.
Identifying ways in which project management products and services can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager
