Insight Global is looking to hire a Talent Recruiter in Houston, Texas. This person will be working with internal clients to identify current and prospective staffing requirements. They will post jobs in the Applicant Tracking System, manage open positions and relationships with internal customers. They will use Linkedin and other platforms for sourcing. They will help source, screen and set up interviews for hiring managers. This team does not make offers, they will get candidates through the interview process before it is passed to another HR team. The roles vary from Engineering, IT, Trading, HR, etc. A candidate who comes from agency would be ideal. The environment is fast paced, and an atmosphere where everyone is willing to pitch in and assist their team.
