Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 2 individuals to go onsite at a healtchare location in the Fort Worth Area. The IT department is in the midst of a complete Office 365 migration. The majority of the team is focusing on this migration so they need two people to help with general troubleshooting and help to internal users. Another part of this job may be teaching users the differences in the newest versions and how to use services like Outlook to it's full capacity

Required Skills & Experience

- Understanding of Office 365 Services: Knowledge of the various services offered by O365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, is crucial. This helps in understanding how email services integrate with other O365 services



- Networking Basics: Understanding DNS configurations, firewall settings, and how email flow works is required for troubleshooting during migration.



- User Account Configuration: Setting up and configuring user accounts, distribution lists, and permissions in the O365 environment.



- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during migration, including data loss, synchronization problems, or connectivity issues.
