Job Description

A large local manufacturing organization is looking to hire an Operations Manager in Deer Park, TX. The operations manager will play a crucial role in strategic planning, demand management, quality control, and team leadership while overseeing the entire plant of roughly 40 employees. The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on manufacturing background and will be knowledgeable on basic maintenance. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing overall workflow, setting priorities, managing customer supply & demand, and ensuring raw material is inventoried properly. They will be expected to work onsite in Deer Park, TX Monday-Friday from 7AM-4PM.

Required Skills & Experience

3-8 years' experience in an Operations Manager position or similar



Experience managing 10 or more people



Experience in a hands-on manufacturing/ production facility

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree



Lean Six Sigma Certification OR Lean Manufacturing
