- Responsible for handling tickets in the HR department, helping internal Whataburger customers with any workday issues. (example: missing paycheck, incorrect paycheck, pay raise didn't hit system, PTO didn't pull over, etc.)
- Must be able to work Saturday's, this is a 40hr a week job with rotating schedule so flexibility on weekends is a must
- Great customer service and work ethic
- Experience with Workday

- A client is looking for a Workday Support candidate to help with the overflow of tickets since the company acquired Workday. Candidate will be responsible for resolving and closing out tickets, helping internal employees with any pay issues, and having good customer service skills. This resource will be brought on to the team for a short term project to help trim down the overflow of Workday calls/issues. This position will be hybrid, 80% on site at HQ.
