Responsibilities
* Review Timesheets and Attendance Records: Scrutinize timesheets and attendance records to identify inaccuracies and errors.
* Tax Deductions and Benefits: Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork related to tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
* Analyze Compensation Data: Dive into compensation-related data, including wages and bonuses.
* Oversee Payroll Transactions: Manage payroll transactions, including e-banking processes.
* Regular Audits: Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records.
* Streamline Procedures: Design, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
* Payment Calendars: Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year.
* Reporting: Provide management with reports on payroll issues and changes.
* Employee Queries: Address employees' questions regarding salaries and tax matters.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with state and federal payroll and tax laws.
