An employer is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the clients cloud based infrastructure (AWS/ GCP). You will design, implement and maintain these cloud based solutions and utilize Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications and manage clusters effectively. You will implement gitops flow with flux for continuous deployment/ integration and maintain automate pipelines for deployment, testing, and monitoring. Additional tasks will include troubleshooting issues to optimize performance, monitor system health, implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and apply industry trends/ best practices in the SRE space.
