A large gaming company located in Austin, TX, is looking to onboard a Desktop Support Technician to their team. For the first month, this individual will be responsible for learning processes, resolving day to day tickets, and providing both onsite and remote support for individuals in the Austin area. The primary focus will be working on tickets, with some projects requiring manual labor, such as moving computers. The ideal candidate will have high customer service experience and skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and is onsite 5 days a week at their facility in Austin, TX.

2-3 years of experience as a desktop support technician
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with the following: ServiceNow, Active Directory, and SCCM
Experience with Windows
Some gaming experience.
Experience building computers.
Exposure/knowledge of JAMF
