Day-to-day:
A fast food employer is looking for a Regional HR Manager to join their team in Houston, Texas. The Regional HR Manager will manage various HR/TA priorities simultaneously and readily adjust to changing conditions and requirements of field HR matters. This position is responsible for overseeing the regional HR/TA functions, aligning business objectives with employees' and the company's core values and guiding principles, as well as serving as a strategic business partner to operations leadership teams. They will provide consulting on talent planning, coaching/engagement, individual/organization assessment, employee relations investigations, workforce planning, recruitment efforts and restaurant strategic business planning. They will also analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR/TA and reporting partners to develop solutions, programs, and policies. The ideal candidate works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale to increase productivity and retention. A company vehicle will be provided for travel around the region. This role requires field travel daily and overnight travel as needed (minimum quarterly).
