Insight Global is looking for a Fortinet Technical Support Engineer for one of their top clients in the Houston area. This person will be working on a team to help the Network team with support while they move from a Cisco shop to Fortinet. The company is getting ready to move 140 sites from Cisco to Fortinet. On a daily basis this person will need to be comfortable with advance routing, Fortinet navigation, fortimanager, and fortigates. He / She will be answering tickets as they come in to help internal employees during this switch. They need to be comfortable working in a team environment and have excellent verbal communication.

- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer
-Experience supporting a project moving for a Cisco shop to Fortinet
-Advance Routing experience
-Experience with Fortinet Navigation, Fortimanager, Fortigates, Fortiswithces and Fotianalyzer
