An employer in the Downtown Houston, Texas area needs an IT Business Analyst to join their team to leverage IT resources to solve business needs and problems. They will work on large Data Center project that will move over 40 applications from their mainframe into the cloud. On a daily basis, the Business Analyst will interface with various technical teams and business units, coordinate testing with internal and external vendors, so they must have excellent communications skills. This person will be responsible for all of the documentation as well as re-writing old documentation as the team will be re-writing some of these applications. The ideal candidate will come from the airline industry and have integration experience. Lastly, this person must sit onsite every Wednesday, and be required to come in Tuesday-Thursday with the entire team once a month.

1-5 years experience working as an IT Business Analyst
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience using Azure DevOps to create user stories
Strong communication skills and previous experience interfacing with various technical teams and business units
Experience working with and using MS Excel heavily
