Insight Global is seeking an RPA Architect to join our team and work with one of our utilities clients in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of automation opportunities, and translating them into robust RPA solution design models for an electric delivery company. As an RPA Architect, your role is pivotal in supporting automation development throughout the automation journey. Here are the key aspects of your role:
* Design and architect RPA solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define RPA processes.
* Implement and configure RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.
* Integrate RPA solutions within network infrastructure, databases, and servers.
* Ensure seamless interaction between RPA bots and other systems.
* Provide technical guidance to development teams during RPA implementation.
* Collaborate with DevOps teams using Jira, Gitlab, and Artifactory.
* Monitor and maintain RPA processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
* Accountable for the end-end design and implementation of automated processes, RPA platform, infrastructure, and it's integrations
* Act as the prime Robotic Process Automation subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders
* Implement process monitoring and control structures to ensure that improvements are achieved and maintained over time
* Collaborate with reporting manager and teammates on continuous improvement opportunities
* Create road maps to architect, design, modify, develop, code review, write, and implement RPA solutions

* 7+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation including designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes
* 2+ years of experience as an architect in an RPA environment
* Proficient in Automation Anywhere
* Experience integrating RPA within network infrastructure, databases, and servers, and a strong understanding of how they interact among each other
* Experience with Jira, Gitlab, SQL, Artifactory
* Experience with Openshift, Uipath, Oracle, Okta SSO
* Open to learning/working with latest technologies
* Comes from a background in development then progresses to architecture
