Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join an existing team at National Instruments. This person will be interacting with internal National Instruments employees and providing the first level of technical support. This role is onsite and they are looking for someone that is extremely comfortable being customer facing -- a solid blend of customer service experience alongside technical support (hardware and software) experience will allow this person to be successful in the role.

Required Skills & Experience

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail -- customer first mentality

* Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system (Ad hoc troubleshooting -- not a high ticket volume)

* Proficiency in Hardware and software troubleshooting -- policy updates to new phones, Outlook issues, IP config, need to know Service Desk 101)

* Demonstrated ability to optimize schedules and allocate resources effectively.

* Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
