Insight Global is looking for a Printer Technician in the Woodlands to assist a leading healthcare provider. During the course of the project, this person will assist in rationalizing to migrate off roughly 2000 non-network printers of the total 8000 printer devices while also helping the team in limited desktop support assistance. The ideal candidate will respond to a ticketing system in ServiceNow to provide phone, email, and in person printer hardware support as needed to internal and external users. They will also be expected to assist with printer configurations, paper jams, toner replacements, paper loading, network installations, etc.
