Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician supporting a luxury property management company in Dallas, TX. This Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting windows devices, networks, and printers. This team is looking for someone that is adaptable with professional communication skills as this individual will also be interacting with many high stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years of Desktop/Help Desk experience.

* Experience managing tickets through a ticketing software.

* Experience managing inbound calls.

* Strong knowledge of trouble shooting windows, printers, and networks.

* Must have strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* A+ Certification

* Knowledge of Mac products

* Bilingual
