The candidate would be responsible for reviewing notices of impound and tow companies, and contacting customers and impound facilities to determine the cost of pick-up. Along with negotiating fees, scheduling inspections, creating documents, coordinating picking up vehicles, assigning and working with legal counsel if necessary, and working the shared e-mail box.
