Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for reviewing notices of impound and tow companies, and contacting customers and impound facilities to determine the cost of pick-up. Along with negotiating fees, scheduling inspections, creating documents, coordinating picking up vehicles, assigning and working with legal counsel if necessary, and working the shared e-mail box. Additional skills are listed below.

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong clerical and email abilities

* Experience with impounded vehicles

* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in the auto industry preferred

* Detail oriented

* Good verbal and written communication

* Ability to make account decisions based on parameters provided in the training
