We're looking for an energetic individual to help in our on-site fulfillment warehouse. The Fulfillment Supervisor (2nd Shift) plays a crucial role in planning, supporting, and providing guidance for day-to-day activities to balance the workload. This individual is responsible for ensuring all company policies, procedures and standards are upheld within the department. Additionally, they assist in coordinating projects and tasks, contributing to overall improvement in productivity and efficiency. This role will require you to be onsite M-F from 4PM-1AM, with weekend work as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor individual and team productivity, and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coaching.
* Ensure timely delivery of customer orders, taking necessary steps to increase customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain an efficient and motivated warehouse work force.
* Provide department, productivity and efficiency reporting.
* Assist with on-site month end physical inventory
* Ensure proper inventory management and adherence to First in, First out (FIFO) principles
* On a daily basis, organize workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet company goals.
* Research and resolve pick and ship reported errors, and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing the root cause.
* Open or close the warehouse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts, or outside normal working hours, as required.
* Manage and maintain inventory levels of supplies to ensure sufficient stock is available for daily operations.
* Train new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures, as needed.
* Record and monitor staff attendance, approve PTO and perform annual performance evaluations.
* Maintains clean, safe and organized warehouse environment in accordance with department standards.
* Serve as back up to the acting QC representative
* Ensure all SOPs, OSHA, cGMP, and Safety procedures are carried out accordingly
* Oversee the upkeep of equipment, conduct routine inspections, scheduling preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs.
* Stay current and up to date on shipping practices and regulations, both domestic and internationally
* Perform other related tasks as required or assigned by the Fulfillment Manager

* 3+ years of Warehouse Management/Supervisor experience
* Knowledgeable with Inventory responsibilities
* Familiar with Google Sheets, MS Office, etc.
* Experience working with inventory related tools like Shipstation, Quickbooks, Shopify, and/or Skulvault
* Open to working 2nd shift hours (4PM-1AM)
* Experience building out a team and/or processes in a warehouse setting
