* Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) required.
* 2-5 years of related experience drafting one or more of the following systems: Data/Voice structured cabling systems, audiovisual presentation and conferencing systems, wireless systems including Wi-Fi, public safety distribution systems, access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems.
* Experience with Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks required.
* Effective visual/verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should possess a proficient understanding of inter-relationships among design/engineering disciplines, clients, and constructors for.
* Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments to meet competing deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and within a team setting to support projects and assignments in various phases.
* Ability to provide support to local projects, as well as assisting team members in other projects across the company.
* Availability to occasionally travel for projects.
* This position is for a BIM Modeler and requires Drafting. This is not a BIM Coordinator Role.
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field.
2-5 years of relevant experience as an BIM Modeler with Telecommunication or Electrical systems
Fluent in Autodesk CAD (computer-aided drafting & design) programs including Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD.
* Revizto experience is a plus.
