Insight Global is seeking a Legal Assistant/Office Manager for an opportunity with a small law firm in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you'd be employee number two for the practice that has been a solo practice for the last several years. The Principal Attorney and Practice Founder doesn't view this vacancy as "adding an assistant", but rather, "adding a partner" as he experiences clientele growth and can no longer manage the entirety of his organization on his own.
The practice specializes in insurance, litigation, estate planning, credit/debt, wills/trusts, and public finance.
In this role some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client correspondence (email, phone, fax, etc.)
- Schedule management
- General bookkeeping/Invoicing
- TXDocs practice management
- Basic will/trust drafting and proofreading
- Form pleadings

- 3+ years of experience within a law office in a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Office Manager capacity
- Experience invoicing customers
- Familiarity with TXDocs, or other practice management software
- Ability to work remote, autonomously with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- High energy, strong phone presence, and adaptability
