Job Description

The Workday HCM Business Analyst will assist this client in its implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system for 26,000 Colleagues in 15 countries. This company currently uses Workday HCM in the US and will be expanding its use to its remaining international locations.

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in Workday Compensation configuration

3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation (Basic and Advanced)

Ability to identify, gather, and analyze data which Sysco needs for its Global Workday HCM project

Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis

Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally

Ability to write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation, testing, and other purposes

Experience creating presentations and Excel analyses
