A client of Insight Global is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join their team in the Clear Lake, TX area. This position will support the management of program goals and objectives, provide planning and support to project managers, and develop high-level relationships with customers. This person will assist the Program Manager with schedule planning and facilitate internal and external communication with the program. Lastly, this person will support compliance with IT, HR, and safety policies to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Leadership capabilities and proven interpersonal skills
Civil space program leadership experience
Systems or Software background
Previous experience as a Deputy Program Manager
