Job Description

The Contract HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as technical

support for human resources and assists with ensuring data integrity, data analysis, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Contract HRIS analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, or related field

* Experience in or around HRIS

* Experience with HR Systems/ Applications (i.e.: SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP

* Experience using SuccessFactors

* Experience with data entry and extreme attention detail
