5-8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Senior Scrum Master for development teams
Experience as a Senior Scrum Master on a team developing cloud-native, scalable, and highly available distributed systems
Experience with TDD, BDD, and DDD
Advanced knowledge of Lean Agile and Safe Agile (Safe Certification)
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence etc.
Must be someone who is beyond a facilitator. Needing someone who evaluates environments and is hungry to grow not only self both those on the team.
