A healthcare company in Houston is looking to bring on 2 Technical Writers to help assist with multiple ongoing projects within their Security Infrastructure department. The technical writer will be responsible for writing processes and knowledge-based articles, end user one pagers, and assisting with marketing content. They will be assisting with 18 mini projects at a time, ensuring deadlines are being met.
3+ years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, and documenting information technology software systems
Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing
Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects/priorities at once
Ability to work effectively in a group environment
Experience working in a healthcare setting
