Insight Global is looking for an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Systems Performance Manager to join a Fortune 100 client in Plano, TX. The ICM Systems Performance Manager will be responsible for the Varicent Incentive module's daily IT operations that supports the front-line sales bonus pay calculations and performance pay. This individual will oversee the collection, validation, and integration of data related to sales performance, targets, and incentives. The ICM SPM will be responsible for system optimization, identifying and resolving errors, supporting the interface, and working with stakeholders to understand and ensure business requirements are being met. This resource will collaborate with OpenSymmetry external team to support custom configurations, design implementations, and process improvements to maintain the systems optimal performance. This position will serve in a techno-functional capacity and the ideal candidate should be able to provide hands on support, delegate required task to corresponding resources, and work with business and technical teams to drive system enhancements and operations.

- 5-7+ years of experience working in a techno-functional role supporting and managing Sales Performance Systems
- Strong knowledge and experience with Varicent Incentives systems design, operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience managing the collection, validation, and integration of data related to sales performance, targets, and incentives
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, compliance, and problem-solving techniques
- Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
- Understanding of UI principals and design
