Job Overview:
The Onboarding team is seeking an eager candidate, to help support all aspects of internal onboarding specifically focused on providing a best-in-class new hire experience. With a customer service focus, this individual will be collaborating with a variety of teams across the organization to help in all aspects of internal pre-boarding & onboarding functions. This person must have experience in the onboarding process, and be extremely organized, outgoing, friendly, and committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our employees.
Specific Duties & Job Responsibilities:
* Owning onboarding experience for new hires, "Boomerang New Hires" and Interns
* Single point of contact for all new hires for first 30 days
* Scheduling and owning all orientation logistics and communication
* Fill and manage onboarding knowledgebase with onboarding questions and answers
* Execute and follow up on all new hire activities both manual and automated
* Work directly with training, IT, other departments and hiring manager to meet the needs of the new hire Onboarding Process
* Making sure new hires are fully onboarded in the system, and set up for success prior to their first day
* Support new hires in onboarding logistics -- (Welcome Boxes, Laptops, WFH equipment, Business Cards, etc)
* Responsible for all aspects of onboarding paperwork and documentation -- (Offer Letter, Background Checks, ID's, regional specific process)
* Check in with new hires regularly to address questions and offer support.
* Assist departments with all onboarding functions of Welcome Week
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in customer service or project management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks with accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating memorable onboarding experiences.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
