A fortune 500 company in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for support technicians to assist with the support of a proprietary internal product. On a daily basis, the ideal candidate(s) will be working remotely to answer inbound calls from customers such as pharmacists, pharmacist technicians, etc. from large and small organizations to support their needs.
