Insight Global is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator for a large oil and gas client located in downtown Houston. This person will be responsible for conducting complex workplace investigations for serious internal matters such as employee discrimination, harassment, etc. They will be responsible for neutral fact finding, evidence gathering, analyzing data, and interviewing internal employees to gather information pertaining to each case. This person will take on anywhere from 3-6 cases at once and will be expected to complete each investigation within 60-90 days.
10+ years of experience as an employee-relations/ workplace investigator
BS Degree (HR, management preferred)
Strong experience writing thorough investigation reports for complex level investigations
Experience working with an hourly workforce and conducting multiple investigation at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DEA, FBI or Attorney background
