A fortune 500 healthcare company in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for a customer service representative to join an established team of reps. The ideal candidate will be taking inbound calls/tickets daily from pharmacists, clinicians, etc. with the intent to efficiently take resolve any issues at hand. This is not a technical role but is a role that requires a strong understanding of process. There will not be a script, as this will be more of an "if-then" type of position. High empathy levels and the ability to operate quickly are imperative for success as the end clients may be calling about time-sensitive information.
