This individual will be responsible for leading the revenue management team, a team that oversees all revenue within the company. This individual is responsible for understanding the processes and analyzing how the team is taking the revenue in, not projecting revenue for the company
Daily tasks may include -
Developing and leading the existing employees and data analysts on the team (EX: teaching how to build out visualizations through PowerBI --> which will require a solid understanding of data analytics)
Monitor and address performance trends
Overseeing daily customer billing, collection, identity verification and payment applications process execution
Develop new initiatives for ongoing process improvements to boost efficiency
Working collaborative and cross functionally with many different teams in the organization to determine what areas there can be improvement
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science or any related field
3-5 years of prior experience working in a lead/supervisor role
Proficient with the software applications Excel Macros, Tableau (preferred), PowerBI, and using ETL tools to create complex analyzes and complete reports/visualizations
Prior knowledge of SQL creating complex queries, data modeling, etc.
Strong experience working with data visualization, strategy and business intelligent tools
