A security consulting company is looking for an On-Site Level III IT Support Technician to join their clients team to support a customer in Katy TX. This resource will handle PC and mobile device tickets from a support queue and assist users. Duties may also include performing PC device imaging using Intune and SCCM. This person will also be onsite with the customer in Katy TX and help them as their onsite IT administrator PM
Responsibilities
* Respond to incidents assigned to the Level 2 ticket queue and resolve client problems in person.
* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and mobile device problems.
* Document client incidents in a ticket management system - will be trained
* Deploy OS image builds to PC devices and perform post-image system configuration - if required
* Interact with client end-users and co-workers to diagnose and resolve problems, assist with day to PC/laptop issues
* Analyze, resolve, track, escalate and accurately document various technical problems.
* Support features, functionality, and usage of specific applications.
* Stay current on and adhere to established policies, procedures, documentation, and technologies key to long-term success.
*This is a part time position - 4 to 5 hours per day on site
* 2-3 years of hands-on IT Support/System Administrator experience
* Image/deploy- applications to customer laptops
* Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Office365 Exchange Online administration
* Windows 10
* Basic networking and firewall knowledge & troubleshooting skills
* VPN
* Active Directory and user account changes
* PC and mobile device literacy skills
*Good communication skills
