* 3+ years experience supporting and troubleshooting networking issues within Cisco, Meraki or Fortinet systems
* 3+ years experience maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems to improve network performances in Windows 10 operating systems
* 3+ years of experience submitting and responding to tickets in a ticketing system (they use JitBig) related to network issues
Ability to implement and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure
