* Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, competitively bid plans and drawings, and handle regular requests from field operations in support of active projects across the country
* Track and manage all materials and equipment - from the vendor to storage to onsite to deploying as needed
* Work with procurement to source across vendors - is the liason between procurement and construction
* Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material, and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
* Execute purchase orders expeditiously as needed
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers with the goal of building lasting partnerships
* Write and execute competitively bid RFPs
Plan, schedule, and forecast procurement activities, including driving long-lead buys and trades to meet the project schedule
· At least 1+ years' experience in material/purchasing/vendor management experience
* Ideally in a commercial or industrial space
· Experience tracking and manage all materials and equipment - from the vendor to storage to onsite to deploying as needed
· Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
· Strategic Sourcing, Opportunity Analyses, and Contract Negotiations.
· Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.
