Job Description

The IT Cybersecurity Architect will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our IT network. This role is crucial in protecting our company's data and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology, and threat drivers.

- Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge.

- Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cybersecurity requirements.

- Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.

- Use current programming language and technologies to writes code, complete programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.

- Train users in implementation or conversion of systems.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of working experience as a Cybersecurity Architect

- Experience in using architecture methodologies such as SABSA, Zachman, and TOGAF and tools such as MSFT Vizio, etc.

- Experience and strong working knowledge of the methodologies to conduct threat modeling exercises on new applications and services.

- Experience with securing MSFT Azure environments

- Full-stack knowledge of IT Infrastructure: applications, databases, operating systems (Windows, UNIX, and Linus), Hypervisors, IP Networks (WAN, LAN), Storage networks, backup networks and media

- Experience designing IAM technologies and services.

- Experience designing the deployment of applications and infrastructure into public cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITIL-related disciplines): Change Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management

- Experience drafting standards as well as developing reference architecture and design patterns compliant with company policy and applicable regulations/standards (NIST CSF, GPDR, ISO 27001, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT)/Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
