Video/Content Producer

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with marketing team to develop video concepts and narratives aligned with HPU's brand and marketing goals.

* Source and manage raw footage based on project requirements.

* Edit video footage into polished and engaging stories

* Manage sound design and audio mixing, ensuring clear and professional audio quality.

* Implement feedback from team and iterate on your edits

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production.

* Proven experience as a [Video Producer/Editor] with a strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling skills and technical expertise.

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other relevant editing software (e.g., After Effects, Audition).

* Excellent understanding of visual storytelling principles and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging videos.

* Experience creating and editing video content for social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring effective teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.

* Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative and passionate approach to video production with a keen eye for detail.
