A Managed Service Provider is seeking a FP&A Manager to join the team. This person will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial reports and forecasts, and developing strategies to improve financial performance. They will drive the financial strategic planning of the company by analyzing performance and potential risks, retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and proactively bring awareness to potential issues, and develop the company's annual financial plans and projections. In addition they will tailor the corporate finance strategy to manage relationships with partners and investors and allocate funds for projects and collaborate cross functionally to ensure viability. This person will develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making and provide guidance and support to business leaders on financial planning and analysis matters. They will create budgets that adhere to the requirements and needs of each department and prepare detailed financial reports on the company's performance. They will also conduct financial analysis to identify trends in spending and make recommendations for improvement and ensure that all auditing and internal control processes are carried out properly. This person will prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders and be responsible for preparing board of director materials for the CFO and materials for other C-Suite members as requested. Lastly they will lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and ensure high quality work output.
