Job Description

An employer is looking for a driven and highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the clients back digital merchandising optimization program. As a Senior Product Manager, you are the ultimate owner of digital merchandising across our website and mobile app. In partnership with other groups, you will create strategy, drive meaningful topline sales growth laddering into organizational OKRs by collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and more to drive optimization initiatives throughout our product development lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define strategic initiatives, prioritize highest impact actions, and generate buy in to bring the initiatives to life. Additional tasks will include developing strategy for merchandising/ conversion rate optimization, define hypotheses for merchandising optimizations for experimental outcomes and translate results in to actionable recommendations.



The ideal Senior Product Manager brings experience optimizing ecommerce experiences across websites and mobile apps to drive sales growth, ideally in a large QSR or B2C ecommerce brand. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, a deep understanding of and passion for customer centric digital experiences, a data driven approach to decision making, and a determination to achieve key outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years experience on product owner/ manager role

Experience with B2C digital/ ecommerce optimization and merchandising across multiple channels/platforms (Web/ mobile)

Proven background in building optimization strategy, resulting in sales growth (B2C)

Experience with web and app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms

Hands on experience with conversion rate optimization tools -- NEED to have experience with Optimizely OR Monetate

Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Content Stack, Storyblok) a plus

Strong Agile/ Scrum experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

QSR experience (Quick service restaurants)
