Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Technician in the San Antonio, TX area. The technician will be resolving mostly tier 1 and some tier 2 related issues from the customer's internal employees. They will be creating, modifying, and terminating users using Active Directory and resolving any tickets through Remedy. Tickets will include Outlook related issues, multi-factor authentication, password reset, etc. They will be responsible for excellent customer service, and ensuring that the end-user feels satisfied with the ticket resolution. They will be joining a team of 9 other technicians, and will be reporting to one single Service Desk Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years experience in a service desk, help desk, and customer focused role

- Ability to resolve tier 1 and tier 2 related technical issues

- Experience using Active Directory for user modification, provisioning, and termination

- Ticket escalation and resolution experience with Remedy

- Ability to troubleshoot Outlook, multi-factor authentication, password resets, and software related issues
