Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a UX Researcher to join the team for our on our leading software and banking solutions clients in Mexico! The UX Researcher will be responsible for collaborating with multiple product teams to lead them through the research process from end to end. This will include educating stakeholders on methods for conducting rigorous research, research project management, recruitment of participants, moderating live research sessions, facilitating data collection, completing data analysis, and reporting results. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are skilled in storytelling and listening. They understand that uncertainty is a necessary part of UX, and that there is rarely ever one right answer.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Computer Science, or similar fields.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Research or an equivalent amount of experience in a similar role dealing with human insights.

* Strong collaboration, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.

* Self-starter with the ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment

* Familiar with UX Design best practices and principles.

* Experience working with UX Research tools such as Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, and User Interviews is a plus, but not required.

* Experience in the banking industry a plus, but not required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Industry experience with financial services and banking, understanding of banking jargon
